Furniture design and interior software DESIGN SINTEZJobs-Working system
Retaining of the jobs is one of the basic tasks of the
operator. It
requires creation of a file structure from directories and good
knowledge of work with operational system. The program requires not to
use identical file names and deleting temporary files of
nonexistent
jobs.
The system for work with the jobs includes the following modules: Open job FORM, Saving a new job FORM, Close job FORM, Save job FORM. The purpose of the system is easy creation of a structure and fast access to the saving information about them. The modules Saving a new job FORM and Open job FORM automatically build and supervise the file structure. The forms for work with the jobs are practically identical. Save a job FORMTo create a new folder, enter its name into the field New folder name and press the button Create new folder. Select the folder, created in the list. Into the field Name of new subfolder enter its name and press the button Create a new subfolder. Select the subfolder in the list and enter a Job's user name of the opened job, which you want to save. The button Save a job saves the job ( together with its working files) in the created structure. Identical names of folders, subfolders and jobs are not allowed. You can correct the names in the three lists. There are no restrictions about the number of folders, subfolders and jobs, which can be created. Enter short texts. Enter the explanatory text to the job into the same field (the maximal text length is 225 symbols). If you want to edit the text or to enter it to an already existing job, after the change in the field, press the button Update text to the job. When you copy an already existing job under another name, you always must save the copy in the subdirectory of the original job. The jobs are deleted together with all connected with them working files and graphic images. The original job cannot be deleted till its derivative jobs exist. The deleting of a folder and subfolder is possible only if the lists belonging to them are empty. The opened jobs are not subject of schematic preview in a dwg mode. The last 20 saved drawings - Shows a list of last 20 saved jobs and their path. If you want to find a drawing from the list, select it and press Close button.
