Cabinets - Generated multielement units

Cabinet dimensioning

This option creates a scheme of the generated cabinet with  its sizes. The dimensioning for the whole unit makes in a view front  in the service  file gen_wyzel_otgore_COPY. The operation's execution  in a new drawing  allows the operator to load all the cabinets in the drawing one by one  and to show their sizes (using operation Unit correction). The parameters of dimensioning are set in the  module Cabinet ---> window Parameters by default ---> page Dimensioning. There is a 3D view of the cabinet below. Those distances, which are not specified in the page Dimensioning are described to the right of the scheme (with the cabinet construction).

Design Sintez Professional - If the unit is generated with shelves with shelf supports attached to them and you want to dimension the depth of holes for their  placing , activate the option Depth of the holes of the shelf supports of template schemes in Parameters by default of the module, page Dimensioning. Shelf supports depth dimension is with smaller font size than the others.

Under the measured cabinet can be loaded its personal specification. For this purpose check the option Specification in the section Dimensioning.
   The names of materials, colours and their characteristics can be edited and added by the module Addition and correction of 2D texts in the drawing. Open the module, press the button Chooses a text from the drawing for correction and select a text from the drawing (press the left mouse button on it). The selected text loads  into the field Text ("shelves" for example). Change  it  and press the button Text correction. Here you can change the text font, too.
  In this way can be edited  all others  2D the texts in the drawing.

Example for cabinet  dimensioning Dimensioning of individual elements of the cabinet - the options are enabled in Design Sintez Professional To dimension the distances of elements with not rectangular shape check the option Dimension the distances for details with not rectangular shape in Parameters by default, page Dimensionong, section Personal dimensioning of units. Note: At dimensioning different details (bottom, top, end panels) size of the details doesn't decrease with edgebands thickness even when this is indicated at unit generation Dimensioning of the top and bottom Dimensioning of the end panels and partitions. For partitions makes bilateral dimensioning - for the left and right side of partition. It so because to each partition side can be applied  different  fixing elements. Each dimensioning makes in a different service file. If the unit is generated with shelves with shelf supports , there are dimensioned the shelf supports at their centers too. For Design Sintez Professional – If in configuration template scheme of drawers’ runners is pointed to be marked the holes in the end panels for runners assembly  , their centеres also have to be dimensioned. For shelfsupports or another furniture fitting - If in used by you Template schemes of shelf supports  are specified additional lines with apertures under and above the basic aperture for installation of a shelf, top or bottom,they will be shown in the drawing too.

Design Sintez Professional - Independent boring (its parameters are set in module Cabinet, Dimensionning). It's refer to dimensioning of Left  and Right end panels. Doesn't recalculate spaces to whole cycles - If option is active the detail will be drilled from the level for set Distance from below till the end and the number of holes will be defined by value Step. When it is off, the defined cycles will be processed.
