Shelves, drawers and rods for clothes

Shelves - construction settings

By default there are  generate proportionally allocated shelves. Press the button Parameters in the section to change their settings.
Shelves

Doubles the thickness of the element and the quantity of the element nomeclature - The active option doubles the shelf thickness. The element's area doubles with the purposes of the price offer, too. This element  will participate twice in the cutting list and cutting map. The quantity of element nomenclature for edge band will be not changed. In the drawing the shelf will look as a one common element.

Proportionately allocation of remaining shelves - This button calculates the residual inner volume of the cabinet from the marked row in the list. Allocates the elements in height,on the basis of  the volume, thickness of the shelves material and the chosen mode of entering of the details (From above or From below) and arrange them proportionately. The operation executes for all elements in the list that are after the marked row,if among them there aren't drowers and rods. Only shelves can be allocated proportionately, regardless of the first element type. The button is visible when the option Always calculates the position (window Parameters by default ---> page Others) is switched on.

Section  DimensioningOn centre  or On clean size  - These options allow to choose a way for dimensioning. The value is set for each shelf individually.

On centre  or On clean size  - In the first case, the size applies from the end of the adjacent element (еnd panel or partition) to the half shelf thickness. In the second - towards its down edge. The choice becomes inactive if you select a shelf support scheme.

Template schemes of shelf supportThey adjust the generating of shelves with shelf supports to them. If there is a selected scheme by default in Parameters by default, page Shelves of module Cabinet, it will be applied when you generate shelves. The shelf supports create own element nomenclature for pricing. In this case the dimensioning applies toward the center of pin diameter. The scheme becomes inactive if you select the options On centre  or On clean size and vice versa.

The button  Edit form  opens a new window for edition of the shelf form. By default generates a rectangular element. Changing the parameters you can get  chamferred or/and rounded shelf.

Tranfers the form to the rest of the shelves -Copies the form of the current shelf with nonrectangular form and transfers it to the next shelves in the section. It transfers only the shelf shape. The distances and edgebanding of the current one do not transfer.
- That button brings you back in the job to measure the distance. To measure the distance between two points,on the respective axes, press the button and define first and end point. That distance automatically will enter into the field as a positive value.

The possible  deviation at edgeband quantity  calculation for unrectangular forms  is  5-10 %  (with positive or negative sign).

Cancels entered parameters - The button restores the rectangular shape of the shelf.

Here each user can create and save in library concrete  parameters settings (shapes) of a shelf.  Enter all parameters, the template name  into the field above the button  Saves design  and press it. The new template adds to the list. If you want to load
an already  saved configuration, select its name in the list and press the button  Loads design. If you want to see the result, press  Preview. Similarly, for removal from the library, select a row and press the button  Deletes design.

Scales all parameters depending on the cabinet current sizes automatically - Automatically scales all parameters of a shelf depending on the ratio between the the original and the current cabinet sizes of  specified in the main form of the module. The values of the radiuses are calculated depending on the new lengths of the linear sectors.  The edition of the size and simultaneous automatic recalculation makes in this working window only . If subsequently you change the cabinet sizes only in the module main window , you will get a disproportionate change of the detail form.

Drawers - construction settings

Drawers - construction settings
To make from some shelf  a drawer, specify the element in the list and check the option Drawer. Enter Box's height and Front's height.

The drawers generate their  own element nomenclature for the sides and edgeband. Additionally  generates  nomenclature for sliders (what nomenclature will be used  is defined automatically depending on a drawer depth. It calculates depending on the internal cabinet volume, the  entered front distance and the value  by default for Change the depth of the drawers). The residual depth is equalized to the closest equal or smaller  slider  length for box  generating and an automatic choice of nomenclature for a drawer slider. The depth of the drawer box defines by the slider length and the value of parameter Change the depth (the positive values decrease it and the negative ones - increase it. The length of the slider doesn't change. The value takes automatically from the form Parameters by default in module Cabinet --->page Others. For each change of this value you have to enter the drawer's settings again.). You can change the drawer depth (the length of sliders to it), irrespective of already counted value. The sliders are not shown visually on the screen.

The length of the drawers is automatically decreased with the value into a field Decreases drawers length in the form Parameters by default.

If you have chosen a drawer construction metabox and have entered value of the parameter Change the back panel's length (window Parameters by default--->page Others), this value will be loaded in the same field of the current window. In a similar way will be activated the option Edgeband on right and left back panel's edge (if it's checked in window Parameters by default--->page Others).
After every change of this option you will have to enter the drawer's settings again.

Box height  - The value in the field defines the outer height of the box case. It is possible to generate drawers with zero height of a case, with given height of the drawer front only. That makes possible the automatic adding of fronts towards the cabinet by module Group addition and deleting of units with the  buttons for allocation of fronts, even there hasn't a generated drawer.

Distance of the left, right and  front panels on top - It's only for the drawers kind "box". The value of this parameter defines  how much to decrease the drawer's height of the front and the end panels in relation to the external height of the drawer case. For example: if the drawer box height is 25 cm. and the entered value is 10cm., the front and  end panels become 15cm height. The back panel's height remains 25cm. This parameter sets for each drawer one by one.

Front's height  - You have to enter a personal value for a door's height to each box in the list. This parameter uses for the automatic set the value  Distance below for each next element (drawer, shelf). The entered values for doors are saved. They can be used from operation Group addition and deleting of units automatically to set their position for cabinets without partitions or with one / two partition.). The value for door distances in front is remembered, too. You can create the effect of the opened drawer (if the value for distance in front is negative).

-This button automatically sets the parameters of the chosen area to generate several drawers with equal height of the cases and  fronts towards them.  Enter a value for Box height and press it.  The height of the fronts and the drawers position will be calculated and entered automatically, as if there is a baseboard or/and legs, they will be calculated, too. For example: there is a cabinet  with 82cm height and baseboard 10cm height. The working height becomes 72cm. In the chosen area we'll generate 2 drawers with case height 20cm and fronts height 36cm. Into the field Box's height, section  Arrangement enter 20 and press the button. Thus for the first drawer we have: Box's height=20, Front height=36 and for the second drawer - Box's height=20, Front height=36.

, -The operation is analogic to the previous, but here  the upper front  takes up  the residual difference of the unit height. Here you must enter the height of the lower fronts, too.  If for the above-mentioned cabinet we enter for a front's height  25cm and press the button, we will have two drawers with the following parameters: 1.Box height =20cm, Front height =25 and 2.Box height =20 and Front height = 47. The kind of the active button depends on the arranging way: from the top downwards or from the bottom upwards, which is defined in the module's Parameters  by default--->page Others. The order of dràwer's arrange can be changed in the same form by the button Sequence.
Click on the button Set to save the made changes. To cancel close the form.

Distance of the shelves

These parameters are for the shelves and drawers and can be set  for each element one by one.

Left, right - They are set in relation to the most left internal point and to the most right internal cabinet point. Doesn't relate to rods.
Front, Back - Decreases the size of shelves in depth, changing their position depending on the entered value. For boxes  only the parameter  Front is active. If the cabinet is generated without partitions sets the entered in Parameters by default  value for Distance of shelves in front. Otherwise the parameter Distance of the partitions will be with a priority.

Position below  - These parameters represent a system for manual definition by the operator of the position of the separated shelves between partitions, drawers and rods on height, keeping the existing system of automatic proportional allocation of the shelves. By default for each number of partitions is activated the proportional allocation of the shelves. To define their position manually, remove the mark from the option Proportionately allocation in the respective section with shelves for the number of the partitions. Enter a number of shelves for the areas, created by partitions. For each area with shelves it is shown a list field with numbers of shelves for entering their distances (from the bottom's top side to the down shelf side).

Select the first shelf in the list and enter its distance from below (from a bottom's top side to the down side of it) in cm. The way of entering is similar for all others shelves in the areas between partitions. The entered values can be edited.

If you select the option Proportionately allocation again, all entered distances of the shelves in the concrete section become zero and the shelves allocate proportionally on the cabinet height.

The option Edgeband on shelf  sets whether there will be edgeband on shelves or not. You have to switch off this option  if you want to generate glass shelves.
