Generated multielement units

Doors

The module generates cabinet's doors in the drawing, not change the structure of the used profile, independently of  the doors' sizes.

Enter the door's sizes and choose a model (press the left mouse button on the icon - button). Each model is a unique, with its number and structure. You can change the outer sizes of model, and for some models and radius of arches participating in them. You can change the layers of elements of doors for each generated door (does not matter the usage of identical models in the drawing).  You can connect layers of doors with various textures and at the same time to use the same model of a door. For example: into a field a Layer of panel enter " Door D4 panel " and generate a door. Then enter the new layer name " Door D4 panel glass " and generate the next door from the same model. These two layers should be connected with different render textures. The names of layers are saved automatically after each door generating. At the next start of operation they are set by default personally for each model of a door.

If you want to generate the element nomenclature for the purposes of material's calculating, select an option Create element nomenclature. Depending on settings in the module Cabinets (here check the optiion Show the productive form with components of box by elements in the window Parameters by default --->page Others ), you can see the generated element nomenclature in a new window. You can see the element nomenclatures of each door in the module Door --->Parameters by default --->page Elements.

All doors have unitary initials of elements for generating (D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9, D0, DA, DB, DC, DE, DF, DJ, DG, DH, DD) with a unit of measure "package" in the Units register (similar as other modules for generating of units). These initials represent the constant and obligatory names. They are not subject of change and deleting. The doors, generated in the drawing will be saved automatically under the name " D1... A name of the job... Unique number "

Code for unit uniqueness - This is a text that allows you to generate doors with different names of the element nomenclatures and layers. The entered text will be added automatically to their name, replacing a word DOOR. The new names will be: "code" + " element name". For example: if you have been entered a code "green" for a facade model "DH" you will receive the element nomenclatures and layers "green DH panel" and "green DH profile".The unique codes for all units in the drawing are contained in the drop-down list from which they can be selected and to not have to enter the same code each time when necessary.

The positioning of doors, similar by the module Cabinets, makes in the drawing, depending on values of parameters in modules Rotation, Position and Parameters for control of capacity of units in room. In process of generating as a base point automatically sets the back - down-left point of door (for osnap with a front - down-left point of the cabinet).

To change the active group of doors for generating, press the left button on a other minimized group.

The model D9 can generate other four models (use change of value for radius of arches of the sides). The values are entered as coefficient (in an interval from 0 up to 1) for calculation of camber of a corresponding arch in comparison with length of the side, by which the arch belongs. Press the left button on the image of the necessary form to not enter the coefficient manually. It sets automatically. Press the right button of the mouse to maximize the model - form. The repeated pressing of the right button on the maximized image minimizes it again.

Door DO with yoke - here you can set a value for radius of an arch and a value for an arch shoulders. So it turn out different wavy shapes. The change of values is necessary, when the distance between the most convex part of yoke and top part of a door after generating becomes very small and the symmetry loses. The entered values are saved and remain active by default at the next opening.

Model DC - the parameters of a finishing profile (a chamfered part from two edges of a door) become active for correction after pressing the button Parameters of frame. Four basic models are generated. Press the left mouse button on an icon - button to activate the parameters of concrete model. Irrespective of model, the total length on frames (left and right) is not necessary to be more or equal length of a door. When you want to make an internal part of frameworks in the form of an arch, it is necessary to know, that the big values for an option Radius of the internal countries of frameworks in % can be a reason for twisting between arches or between arches and frames (depending on the model). It can be a reason for impossibility to generate doors. The radius of an arch is a percent from the half door's height (Look the exemplary settings).

Parameters by default - This form contains 4 pages:

Page Elements - This page contains a list with doors' element nomenclatures and their  unit of measure. The nomenclature names can be changed. The mode of work here is similar to this in the module Cabinet.

Additional elements - Adds to doors' generated element nomenclatures other (additional) elements, nonexistent visually as 3D elements (they participate only at calculation of the materials)

The program supports two methods of adding elements toward doors:

Insertion of additional element nomenclatures - Allows a single time manual insertion of additional elements, concrete for the generated door. The entered elements are only for the current generated unit. The next time, when you open the module, these elements won't be there. For your facilitate they can be included in the list with Nomenclature of additional elements, from where easily and fast they can be found and set for next generating; and there is no need to enter them again. The way of work in this module is analogous with the work in module Cabinet.
Door elements

Choise of additional element nomenclatures from the nomenclature - The buttons on the right  of the fields are buttons for choice. They open Nomenclature elements  for choosing an element for addition. The added by this way elements are saved. When you open the module after that, these elements will be there. These elements must be created previously in Nomenclature elements. To add an element, activate the button for loading of the nomenclature and choose the necessary. The first 4 elements directly depend and intended for the additive of hinges or other fixing mechanism, which number depends on height of a door.

The kind of the added additional element depends on the entered parameters into fields For height of door to. These four values define 5 areas for distribution of elements:

  1. The door's height is less or equal to the the specified bottom border - The additional element will be not added except the 5-th additional element (it adds always independently of the door height). The elements for hinges will be not added for drawers' fronts.
  2. The door height is less or equal than the specified second border - Adds 1-st additional element and the 5-th one (if such one exist) to the generated element nomenclature.
  3. The door height is between the second and third value more than the third and less or equal on the fourth)- Adds 2-nd additional element and the 5-th one (if such one exist) to the generated element nomenclature.
  4. The door height is between the third and fourth value (more than the third and less or equal on the fourth) - Adds 3-rd additional element and the 5-th one (if such one exist) to the generated element nomenclature.
  5. The door height is more than the last value - Adds 4-th additional element and the 5-th one (if such one exist) to the generated element nomenclature.

For example: Into the fields of the option For height (cm) of door to are entered: 10 cm. minimal value, 15cm. as a first medial value, 50 cm. for second medial value and 90cm. for maximal. The 1-st additional element is " hinge 2 ". The 2-nd additional  element is " hinge 3 ". The 3-rd element is " hinge 4 ". The 4-th element is "hinge 6". If the door height is 9 cm. an additional element to it will not be created (except the 5-th additional). If a door with height 12cm. is generated, 1-st additional element (in this case " hinge 2 " - 2 hinges) adds to the element nomenclature.  If you  have a door height 45cm., the 2-nd  additional element (in a case " hinge 3 " - 3 hinges) adds. For height of a door 60cm.,  adds the 3 -rd additional element (" hinge 4" - 4 hinges). Similarly, for door height 120cm., for example, adds the 4-th additional (" hinge 6 " - 6 hinges).

The fifth element is a user-defined. If an option Create element nomenclature is checked the added elements connect automatically to the generated doors, irrespective of its model.
