Nomenclatures for price formation
Nomenclatures for price formation: materials, elements, units
For long lists use the operation Searching for matereial.. Enter its name or part of it into the field Searching for material... If there is a match in the beginning of the name it will be displayed. If you want to find a match in the beginning of the name, click on the button at the right of the field. For searching for a match as a part of element name, click on the second button.
Choice of unit from the drawing - The button hides a window and shows the working screen to select a unit, which element configuration you want to load. The selection makes by left mouse click on the unit's contour lines. When the choice is already made, the window will be loaded again together with the selected unit and its element structure.
Here are described the materials, from which there will be produced elements or they are elements participating in units. The materials connect to elements only at the price offer formation. At addition of a new material (the button New) it is necessary to be entered a Name of material, Sale and Purchasing price, Purchase price for a sheet / rod/ roll, Measure and the defined from the measure sizes of the material. If the measure is "l.m"., then enter the size on X, for "sq.m". - on X and on Y. The view for sizes entering is toward view top. The sale price for materials in measure l.m.and sq.m can be entered for entire package (slab, roll) and the program will calculate the price for a unit of material, based of its dimensions automatically. For pricing and cutting reports (Material expenditure, Calculation on units / Total) takes the price per unit of material (field Sale price), not Sale price for a sheet / rod/ roll
There isn't constraint on the length of the materials names, but it is advisable to enter a short name (up to 15 characters). Otherwise, if you use a export to software application Optimik, the name of the exported material will be cut. This in turn will lead to confusion due to mismatch of the materials' names.
If you want to differ the edgeband as thick on a cutting map check an option Thick edge for this material. To the name of the edgeband automatically adds the word thick. If you check the option Thick edge 2, then to the name of the edgeband the word "thick 2" will be added, and in a cutting map it will be designated by other designation (different from this for a thick edgeband). These two options allow to distinguish three different edgeband thicknesses on the cutting map. In a consequence at connecting of these materials with elements (Price offer - > List of elements) and opening of module Cutting of materials, the options Thick and Thick 2 will be reflected automatically in the list of adjoining to elements edgebands in a window Choice of edgeband (opens by the button Edgebands) .
Calculates techological waste - Specifies these materials for which will be calculated / added/ value Technological waste of material- edgeband, defined in module Cutting, Parameters by default, page Reports' settings. When it is checked, for each element connected with this material, calculates additional technological waste in report Material expenditure. If it is enabled will be calculated the exact expenditure of respective material.
The buttons Line downwards and Line upwards change the sequence of the list (rearrange). Select a material and press one of these buttons depending on the chosen moving direction. The change of materials sequence of in the main list reflects on the materials sequence on groups, too.
materials by groups - Create
group or choose such from the list Groups
with materials. Select
material and press the button Register
material in group.
For long lists of materials you can use the operation Search for material. Enter the name of the material in the text field. The searching makes at the beginning of a word. If you want to find a next match in the beginning of the name, click on the button at the right of the field. For searching for a match as a part of element name, click on the second button.
The button Verification
makes a logic test of the entered sizes and the chosen measure. Their
entered prices must answer to the respective unit of measure
individual price, sq.m. - price of square meter, l.m.. - price of
linear meter). You can add and change the nomenclature of
materials each time you need.
Setion Equalizing of calculated expense to the material dimensions
Here defines what will be the waste of material, ie. how much will be increased the calculated material quantity for a product and report Calculation on units/ Total.
Waste % - The field specifies the percentage that will increase the calculated quantity of material and the value will be entered as a waste to it. The sum of the two values defines the total quantity required to manufacture the article. When there is a entered value into the field, the other options are inactive and vice versa - if you choose one of two options, the value into the field nullifies.
To the half - If this option is checked, when calculating the total amount of material it will be equated to half the size of sheet materials (melamine faced chipboard, hardboard, etc.) or half length for materials with unit of measure measure "lm". If the calculated amount is more than half of the sheet / roller or rod, the quantity will be equated to the whole area / length of the specified material.
this option is checked, when calculating the total quantity of material
it will be equated to the entire surface of sheet materials (melamine
faced chipboard, hardboard, etc.) or to the entire length of the
material with a measure "lm" - edgebands, profiles, etc.
Double click with left mouse button on the options To the half or To whole turns off them.
For example: In the nomenclature was material edgeband with unit of measure lm and roll length 50m. For an article is calculated quantity of edgebands 23 lm.
Note: Design Sinez Professional - If you change the parameters of already entered in the nomenclature material , connected with operation in Nomenclature operations, the made change will not automatically be reflected in the Nomenclature operations. To refresh the Nomenclature operations, you have to reconnect the material to the operation
This is a list of the operations that are used in materials processing ,connected with elements. For each operation may be ente two prices: for the whole operation and for a unit of material. The price for the entire operation is the cost of executing the entire operation, regardless of the quantity of material being processed. In generating a price offer nomenclature take part in the report Elements -> Operations, which is formed by connecting elements of the cabinets with operations in generating them.
Price per unit of material - Determine the cost of labor per unit of processing material. Participate in the report “ Operations -> Charged work" (in its quantity of material related to elements of the Register of participating in the drawing elements , are multiplied by the cost of labor per unit of processing material.
Adding a new operation - To add a new operation to nomenclature , click the button New operation. It activates a row for its entering. Enter a name of the operation and respective prices to it , depending on its application. At each operation can be added and material (for example: operation is sticking to and to it we add material "glue"). Click the button Attach material to the operation. It opens the window Materials' list. Here select the material and click Select. Material loads in the list "Necessary materials for operation's realization". If necessary, enter the Material consumption rate. You can add several material to the operation. To remove material from the list, select it and click Delete.
To delete operation from the nomenclature, select it in the list and click Delete.
The Save button keeps the changes and closes the dialog. Cancel button closes the window, without saving the changes.
Material consumption rate - Determine the consumption of material , needed for the execution of unit operation. In generating a price offer it participates in the report "Operations -> Materials". In it the quantity of the material, connected with elements in the "Register of participating in the drawing elements" and related with operation , is multiplied by the expense quota of the material attached to the operation. Finally, the result is multiplied by the price per unit of material of the attached material.
For long lists use the operation Search operation. Enter its name or part of it into the field Searching for oeration.... If there is a match in the beginning of the name it will be shown. If you want to find a match in the beginning of the name, click on the button at the right of the field. For searching for a match as a part of element name, click on the second button.
Purpose of the nomenclature - With its help an operation can be attached to material of nomenclature. For example: Operation “edgebanding " to material " edgeband ". In generating a price offer quantity of the elements, connected to this material will be multiplied by the value of the operations connected to it (the cost of processing per unit of material). The result is reflected in the report "Operations ---> Charged work", the value of which is included in the formation of price offer for the job.
Mode of work: Select the material you want to connect with an operation in the list with materials. The button Attach operations to the material opens the dialog "Register of operations". Here select the necessary operation / operations and press Select. The dialog closes and that operation is loaded in the field with list of the operations attached to the material. At one material can add a few operations. Report about the selected secondary materials to the marked operation in the list , is displayed in the field Necessary materials for operation's realization. To cancel already made connection of operation with material, select the operation in the list of added ones and click Delete. To save the changes for the respective row, click Save.
For long lists use the operation Searching for material. Enter its name or part of it into the field Searching for material.... To find next match in the beginning of the name, click on the button at the right of the field. For searching for a match as a part of material name, click on the second button.
